So I’ve been working on the Docking Bay 94 website for Rich for the past few weeks and it’s been working out pretty well. There were a couple days when I messed up some code and got completely freaked out because I thought I broke everything, but then figured it out. I guess I learned my lesson of creating multiple copies for the thousandth time.

I’ve been able to create a forum for the site too that I think I might create a second for local comics, then a section for this comic just to get some publicity, and to get some feedback about this site.

The biggest thing that was cool for me was I set up wordbooker that lets you cross post on the site using wordpress and posts to their facebook. I was also able to set up a teaser for him so that after 60 characters it cuts off. Of course all of his posts are under 60 except one :/ but none the less those are pretty cool features that I was able to get working for the site.

I’m working on getting another gig doing http://thesummerlinhouse.com/ which is pretty cool because that’s the place Nina and I are getting married at. So I’m off to start designing some layouts for there site.

So I haven’t really been creative in a while, but I decided to help out the local comic shop own Rich with his webiste. It’s over at http://dockingbay94comicshop.com/. It’s in the early stages and is going to change a bunch. How exciting!

drew this yesterday waiting at BBQ. Sketchbook for the iPhone is b far the best drawing app I’ve used for the iPhone so far. Just wish I had a 3GS because it supports 7 layers while 3G only supports 3.
